Notebook used by G. W. Charters, circa 1918. The notebook contains notes and some diagrams on various training and policy topics handwritten in pencil, similar in subject and order as the collection's first notebook. Topics include wireless, first aid, care of barracks and personal hygiene, conduct, Army administration, engines, theory of flight, and aerial observation. Three-hole punched notebook of graph paper with organizational tabs, covers missing.

Note: The three-ring binder holding these pages together was removed for preservation reasons; the notebook covers were already missing.
