Events of the day included a flag-raising ceremony, air races and demonstrations, a release of carrier pigeons, and a mock air battle. Other content includes a list of U.S. Army, Navy, and Marine Air Service men who died in the war, images of aircraft flown in the events, messages from sponsors, and advertisements. .

Aircraft pictured include Curtiss JN-6HG-1 Jenny, De Havilland (Airco) D.H.4, Fokker D.VII (V.18), LePère 11 (C-11, C II), Royal Aircraft Factory S.E.5, and Thomas-Morse S-4 Family. Also included is an illustration of a Loughead Model S-1 Sport Biplane in an advertisement.
