Chart records sightings of balloons during September 1 to 15, in a number of French communes including Boinville, Harville, Billy-sous-les-Côtes, Beney, Thiaucourt, Xammes, Jaulny, Rembercourt, Prény, Marieulles, Goin, and Haumont.
