Letter from Wilbur D. Kennedy to Carmelite (Miller) Kennedy, June 5, 1918. Notes he has been promoted to Flight Commander and advises to get a copy of "Collier's Weekly," dated April 6, 1918, to see an image of the type of plane he is flying. Includes two clippings taken from unknown publications; one includes a joke and one includes two limericks. Both items have been removed from the envelope and placed in another folder. Two folded sheets, six handwritten pages.
