The single turbine, single rotor HH-52A is the world’s first helicopter built with a flying boat hull. It can operate from land, water, ice, snow, swamp, mud, or practically any other surface. It has a cruising speed of 98 miles per hour, a maximum speed of 110 miles per hour, and a carrying capacity of more than 3,000 pounds.
