Original USAF insignia (star and wings) is on either side with words "U.S. Air Force faded away, but no damage to insignia. On the back of the helmet, towards the top, is a decal of a boxing turkey wearing a USAF flight helmet. Below that is what looks to be a more modern, glittery USAF sticker with the current USAF insignia (eagle and shield). This sticker is likely not part of the original design. To the left of the modern sticker is a label ("LT. COL. T.F. HANCHETT). Oxygen mask (2000-10-16/224), chin strap, and tinted visor are still attached. Inside the helmet has the internal suspension system with USAF insignia, and an ear phone on either side.
