Oneto, Associate Councillor [sic] from France at the War Crimes Trials of former Premier Hideki Tojo and 27 other war criminals, being held in Tokyo, Japan, renders his regrets for his dubious actions at the preceeding [sic] day's session in which he was nearly held in contempt of court, because of the misunderstanding arising from language difficulties.
