Defense attorney at IMTFE in Tokyo: Mr. William Logan, defense attorney representing Koichi Kodo at the International Military Tribunal for the Far East, proposes a dismissal of the case against his defendant for lack of evidence, during the war crimes trials of the 26 alleged Japanese war criminals in the War Ministry Bldg., Tokyo, Japan. Mr. Logan attended Rutgers Univ. - 1923; the New York Univ. Law School 1928, and now lives in New York City where he is a member of Hunt, Hill and Betts Law Firm. Photographer - Einhorn."
