Decorative strap on back of coat, about waist height, secured in the center by two metal, US seal buttons. Small brown plastic button on bottom-inside of coat vent. Inside of coat is lined with brown-green fabric until about waist height. At the top, just under hanger catch, is written in pen "L.R.E. 4696." Inside pockets on left and right side, secured with small brown plastic buttons.
