The word "Royal" is printed above two lines, one is blue and one is red. Inside the bag is a note. It is handwritten in black ink pen on yellow stationary paper. The paper size is just shy of 8.5 x 11 inches. It says "Doug... For your collection ! Best wishes for a Happy New Year.
