Below that are the words "WATERPROOF DISPOSAL BAG" also printed in blue. Both of these statements are also printed in blue Kanji (Japanese language). Near the bottom of the bag are the words "JAPAN AIR LINES" in a bold blue font. Just above the "JAPAN AIR LINES" is the JAL logo. It is a blue, circular bird looking to the left. The background design of this bag is a series of horizontal thin, blue lines that start at the top of the bag and go all the way to the bottom. In the middle of the bag the lines do not go all the way to the sides of the bag leaving white space showing in the shape of two triangles on each side.

The reverse of the bag has three images showing the steps of how to use the bag. English and Kanji are both present in blue. Near the bottom of the bag on the reverse are the words "THIS MAY BE USED ALSO FOR AIRSICKNESS." This same message is printed in Kanji. On the reverse of the bag near the top opening is a flexible wire that is meant to secure the bag once it has been closed by folding the top edge over.
