Sky blue cotton zippered flight suit with darker blue piping, zippered pockets on the upper PL sleeve, chest, hips (side and back), thighs, and calves, a tabbed mesh pocket on the PL forearm, and a tabbed narrow pocket on the back PR leg with a cord attached to a loop above, with mesh panels on two of the pockets on the PL sleeve and leg (14 pockets in total), an adjustable waist with velcro tabs on the front and elastic waistband on the back, and velcro adjustment at the sleeve cuffs, zippers at the inner ankles and stirrups at the opening of the pant leg. There is a circular patch of velcro on the PR shoulder where a patch would have been attached. The five remaining embroidered patches on the suit are as follows:

- PL shoulder has an American flag patch which has been sewn on.
- the PL upper chest patch is attached with velcro and is a dark blue rectangle with a red and white border, 5 white stars in the upper left corner, and in gold in the center is "CH. CASSIDY", below which is the name repeated in Russian.
- the PR upper chest patch is the blue white and red NASA insignia attached with velcro.
- the PL lower chest patch is attached with velcro and has a red border with a black background with multicolored rings of reds, yellows, and blues radiating out from the sun, two blue planets with rings or visible orbit paths, the larger of which extends past the edge of the patch in a recatangular tail, and "ISS" with symbols to its left.
- the PR lower chest patch is attached by velcro and has a goldenrod border which extends out in a roughly triangular shape on either side in shades of yellow with a black and blue background, a grey spacecraft in the foreground with the white ISS in the distance, the red and white Rocosmos symbol above "CO103 MC-16" in white at the top, and two lines of Russian and "CASSSIDY" in blue at the bottom.
