Blair, the airline exclusively used floatplanes for flights to Fajardo, St. Croix, St. John, St. Thomas, and Tortola as well as San Juan, Puerto Rico. In 1977 American Airlines founded American Inter-Island Airlines and contracted Antilles Air Boats to pilot and operate their fleet. The airline ceased all operations in 1981 and was sold to Air Resorts.
