Designation varies. From Mission B (also called Mission 2) issue B-1 (Oct. 27, 1966), each issue includes a B, C, or D designation to indicate the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Lunar Orbiter missions. This stops with issues for the 5th Lunar Orbiter mission.
