Scenes featured in these clips include Emperor Hirohito with Japanese troops, U.S. Secretary of State Cordell Hull with Japanese Ambassador Admiral Kichisaburō Nomura and Special Envoy Saburō Kurusu, shots of Naval Station Pearl Harbor, Hickam Field, and surrounding areas during the attack, President Franklin D. Roosevelt delivering his "Day of Infamy" speech, and shots of service members, enlistees, ships, submarines, and aircraft.

The footage is in black-and-white and is silent. Please note that the title cards use derogatory terms for Japanese people.
