Silver medal on fabric ribbon, with original box. Silver round medal, issued by the Royal Canadian Air Force/RCAF, British war medal, 1939-1945 for service in World War II. One side of medal: image of lion atop a two headed dragon with "1939-1945" in upper corner. Other side of medal has profile of King George and reads "GEORGIVS VI D:G:BR:OMN:REX ET INDIAE IMP" around edge.

German Eastern Front medal on length of fabric. Gray medal features National Socialist eagle clasping a swastika in its talons. Other side of medal has a sword crossed with a laurel and reads "WINTERSCHLACHT IM OSTEN 1941/42" (translates to "Winter Battle in the East 1941-42"). Top of medal has a helmet and stick design where it attaches to the red, white and black ribbon.
