Lithograph of a painting by Lieutenant Henri Farré featuring a biplane shooting down an enemy aircraft, circa 1914-1918. Part of a series of eight lithographs depicting World War I aerial imagery.

Typed caption: "One of the famous Guynemer's exploits. The enemy pilot having been killed his machine dropped out of control, throwing his observer into the air. So close was the falling body to the pursuing Guynemer that the latter had to make a sharp turn to avoid striking him. From a painting by Lieut. Henri Farré."
