General Orders No. 94, U.S. War Department, July 16, 1917. Rescinds General Orders No. 75 and substitutes orders on the confidentiality of any information on overseas movement. Military personnel are forbidden to make public details such as organizations, dates of departure, arrival, or details regarding embarkment. They are also not to label luggage.
