Orders a large group of men to proceed from the 3rd Aviation Instruction Center to Orly, France, where they will report to the Commanding Officer for active duty at that station. 1st Lieutenant Quentin Roosevelt is put in charge of the group, which includes 1st Lieutenant Hamilton Coolidge.
