Photograph of the Aerial Experiment Association's Cygnet I kite, manned by Thomas E. Selfridge, aboard the catamaran Ugly Duckling as it is towed into launch position by the steamship Blue Hill, Bras d'Or Lake, Baddeck, Nova Scotia, December 6, 1907. The captions note that the image was taken from the Blue Hill by J. G. Davidson.
