Description

Photograph of concrete hangars at Komaki Air Base, Japan, March 1947. The inscription notes that the hangars, originally used by the Japanese military during World War II to store Mitsubishi A6M Reisen "Zero" aircraft, were used by the 158th Liaison Squadron of the United States Army Air Forces to store their Stinson L-5 Sentinels.

Inscription on verso: "Concrete hangars used by 158th Liaison Squadron to hangar the L-5s. Used by Japs during war for Zeros. March 1947."
