Inscription on verso: "Your Butch at the piano in the drawing room of the Fuji Grand Hotel at Mt. Fuji. The drape over the piano is all hand embroidered silk and simply beautiful. Notice the inlaid flooring. It looks like a linoleum rug but isn't. The curtains behind me are solid maroon velvet. April 1947."
