Description

Propaganda flyer depicting a skeletal woman, representing the siren of death, embracing a serviceman, circa 1942-1945. The flyer was presumably printed by Japanese forces to encourage Allied service members to surrender.

Caption: "Siren. Beware, young man! The lady will get you if yo [sic] don't watch out. You'll never see those green hills at home again once her clutches tighten on you........... and she's got a fairly good grip right now.......... There is only one way out........"
