In the witness box Harold Frank Gill, British, [illegible] Shanghai Municipal Police from 1939-1941 and it Narcotics Section Chief from 1941 until his internment in Feb. 1943, and now security officer at British Consulate General's Office, Shanghai, testifies for prosecution's narcotics phase, at trial of 27 Japanese leaders accused of promoting production and distribution of narcotics in China to contribute to upkeep of Japanese alleged aggressive armies on the mainland of the Orient.
