Australian Army Nursing Service, from Fullarton, Adelaide, South Australia, captured by the Japanese 16 Feb. 1942 Banks Island and left for dead, surrendered 12 days later and was finally liberated in Sept of 1945, relates her harrowing experiences as testimony for the prosecution at the war crimes triala [trials], Tokyo, Japan. Photographer - Wegner."
