Indicator/Attitude Indicator, Model 978K, Government Property #0088

Attitude indicator made out of metal that has been painted black. The object is rectangular in form with the face made out of glass that displays the attitude indicator measurement system. There is a long rubber cord attached to the side of the object that encases multiple wires in varying colors that ends with a silver metal attachment component.

There are four labels adhered to the object. The first is a repair sticker, with the Lear Inc. logo, and the date “4/15/58.” Additional there is the date June 26, 1958 stamped in white next to the label. The second label reads, "Indicator Attitude Remote; Type: MM-1; Spec. Mil. 1-25022 - USAF; MFRS. Part no. 100990-01; Series B; MFRS. Serial no. 905; Order no. AF36 (600) 2928; Stock no. 6062-100990-1; formerly P/N92160 series; U.S. property; Lear, Inc." The third reads, " Government property 0083, Notify General Engineering Ext 2145 before relocating this property." The fourth is a brown sticker with the text "P. Perna F. Dietz” drawn in pencil.
