Jimmy Doolittle Fellow award with medallion given to William P. Lear by the Air Force Association, 1976. The wood base includes a metal plate embossed with "William P. Lear, 1976" between an engraved torch and the Air Force Association wing-and-star logo. There is an inset bronze medallion that features a relief of Jimmy Doolittle in the center of the plaque.
