Western Reserve Hall of Fame commemorative medal constructed out of circular shaped bronze material. The medal is housed in a rectangular blue and grey velvet case. Engraved in high relief on the front of the medal is a Pegasus with a rider and the text, "Western Reserve Aviation Hall of Fame." Etched on the back of the medal is, "William P. Lear, Meritorious Service Award, 1982."
