Accident report for an incident involving a U.S. Army Air Forces Douglas A-20C Havoc aircraft (serial number 41-19157) that crashed at the municipal airport in Newark, New Jersey, June 20, 1942. The plane was piloted by James C. Stewart. One typed page and six photographs attached to report. Part of a disassembled scrapbook containing World War II and post-war materials, circa 1943-1956.
