WASP flight suit. Green flight suit with blue patch. "Nancy Nordhoff" written on the collar. "Flying Fortress" patch on the inside of the collar. Paint splattered all over the suit.
United States Army Air Forces patch for the 318th Army Air Forces Flying Training Detachment, circa 1943-1945. The patch features Fifinella, mascot of the Women Airforce Service Pilots (WASPs).
French curve drafting tool produced by Dietzgen Excello and used by North American Aviation draftsperson Margery Watson, circa 1943-1945. During her time at NAA, Watson served on the design team for the North American P-51 Mustang.
