Includes an inscription on the inside cover written by O'Conner and dated June 24, 1964. Also included are a few military documents attached to or tucked into the pages, such as a flight clothing record, an envelope for an official Navy photograph, and a flight qualifications card issued by Air Development Squadron 2, dated December 15, 1955.
