Summary: "Purpose: to propose an alteration of the elctrical circuit in the American F-1 suit which will provide: connections for the respective use of either British or American electrically heated gloves and shoes, separate control of suit and accessory circuits. To propose complete redesign of American electrically heated flying equipment to eliminate failure, localized overheating and control difficulties."
