Mr. Mattice, whose home is in Indianapolis, Ind., attended U. of Mich., LLB 1905; practiced at Rochester, Ind. 1905-1918; Special Asst. U.S. Attorney - First Asst. U.S. Attorney, 1918-1922; Chief Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, Indianapolis, Ind., 1931-1934; Corporation Counsel, Indianapolis 1935-38; Counsel Senate Judiciary Comm. and Liquor Investigation Comm. 1942-1944; Special Asst. to Attorney Gen. since 1944, Criminal Div., instructor in criminal law, Ind.
