Typed caption on verso: "Circa 1941: Entire sales force at Dayton Airport, Vandalia. Salesman at left is W. P. Lear. Two of the aircraft were company-owned, other two were property of salesmen. A quick count of sales force at Grand Rapids alone, both E-M and Instrument Divisions, is about 220 people, excluding Field Service."
