Above the dial is a numerical counter encased with clear plastic. Screwed into the top portion of the wood is a manufacturer label with the text, " Model: 2215-B4; Assembly no. 704715-02; Ser. no. 5538-D; wt. 1.2 lb.; Lear, Inc., Santa Monica, Calif., U.S.A." A piece of green felt is stapled to the back of the wood.
