Appreciation plaque given to Moya Olsen Lear by the Materials Laboratory of the Air Force Wright Aeronautical Laboratories, May 27, 1981. Engraved brass plate depicts Moya Olsen Lear, William P. Lear, and the Lear Fan on top portion with small representation of the Wright Flyer on bottom left. The plate is mounted on wood base and has a metal bracket on reverse.
