One scene shows the mounting of Maschinengewehr 08 machine guns, also known as the Spandau MG 08. The next segment, beginning at 00:08:21, depicts test flying activities, showing pilots donning flight gear and aircraft taking off and landing. The third segment, beginning at 00:12:19, depicts the installation of an 11-cylinder rotary engine in a Pfalz D.VIII and markings being added to the aircraft.
