Patch/South East Asia War Games participant

A round patch with white and cobalt boarders around a circle with four flags. In the blue boarder, in white thread, is embroidered: "PARTICIPANT / SOUTH EAST ASIA WAR GAMES." The circle in the center is divided into what appears to be a peace sign, with which boarders diving it into four quarters. The flags are laid out as follows: Thailand (top left); South Vietnam (c. 1948-1975, top right); Cambodia (bottom left); and Laos (c. 1952-1975, bottom right).
